Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following item(s). All interested parties are encouraged to present their views at this hearing. REZ #2026-0002 – Center Street Parking Garage & Apartments (MIFCO) – 9007 Center Street To consider a rezoning to B-3.5 City Center Planned and HOD, with proffers to allow construction of a new public parking garage and 162-unit apartment building. The property is located on the existing City Hall parking lot and former MIFCO property and is designated as an opportunity site for redevelopment in the Downtown Character Area of the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. This rezoning is part of the larger downtown redevelopment proposal for City Hall and the former Olde Towne Inn and MIFCO properties.
