Notice is hereby given that V-Lynk Mobility LLC, 6196 Millwood Drive, Warrenton VA 20187, has filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would authorize: 1. Passenger transportation as a Common Carrier over Irregular Routes, providing service in the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, and Manassas Park, Virginia, and in the counties of Arlington, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Orange, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, and Stafford, Virginia.
2. The transportation of Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Carrier as defined in Section 46.2-2000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.
Any person who desires to protest the application and be a party to the matter must submit a signed and dated written request setting forth (1) a precise statement of the party's interest and how the party could be aggrieved if the application was granted; (2) a full and clear statement of the facts that the person is prepared to provide by competent evidence; (3) a statement of the specific relief sought; (4) the name of the applicant and case number assigned to the application; and (5) a certification that a copy of the protest was sent to the applicant. The case number assigned to this application is MC2600018ST.
Written protests must be mailed to DMV Motor Carrier Services, Attn: Operating Authority, P.O. Box 27412, Richmond, VA 23269-0001 and must be postmarked on or before February 12, 2026.
Any protest filed with competent evidence will be carefully considered by DMV; however, DMV will have full discretion as to whether a hearing is warranted based on the merits of the protest filed.

Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for Unincorporated Areas of Prince William County, Virginia, Case No. 25-03-0573P. The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determinations for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your community. These flood hazard determinations may include the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway. The FIRM and, if applicable, the FIS report have been revised to reflect these flood hazard determinations through issuance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), in accordance with Title 44, Part 65 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These determinations are the basis for the floodplain management measures that your community is required to adopt or show evidence of having in effect to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program. CONCERNING THE INTENTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WARRENTON, VIRGINIA TO PROPOSE FOR PASSAGE A RESOLUTION OR RESOLUTIONS AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF UP TO $22,500,000 TOWN OF WARRENTON, VIRGINIA GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR WATER AND SEWER PROJECTS AND TOWN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Warrenton, Virginia (the "Town") will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:30 pm in the Warrenton Town Council Chambers located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia 20186.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive public comment on a resolution authorizing the issuance of an estimated maximum principal amount of $22,500,000, of one or more series of general obligation bonds of the Town (the "Bonds"). The proposed uses for which more than 10% of the proceeds of the Bonds is expected to be used is (1) to fund Town water and sewer system improvements and (2) to fund Town capital improvement projects, and related expenses.
A copy of the full text of the resolution is on file in the Town's offices, 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia 20186 and is available for public inspection during normal business hours.
