Prince William County Business License Payment and Application Renewals are due on March 2, 2026. If you have not received a Business License Renewal Form and believe you should have, contact the Taxpayer Services Office at (703) 792-6710 or by email at TaxpayerServices@pwcgov.org.
A 10% late payment penalty will be assessed on the unpaid tax balance if taxes are not paid in full by the due date. Interest at 10% per annum accrues monthly until the balance is paid in full.
Please submit your filings and payments through the Taxpayer Portal to ensure faster processing. Visit tax.pwcgov.org to register for an online account or log in to an existing one.
Payments can be made online at no cost when using e-checks, or by credit card with a convenience fee. You can also make a payment by phone (with a convenience fee) by calling 1-888-272-9829 and using jurisdiction code 1036. If you prefer, payments may be mailed to PO Box 70519, Philadelphia, PA 19176-0519, or made in person at the Sudley North or Development Services Taxpayer Services offices.
The Taxpayer Services in-person office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; all other Tax Administration hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Offices will open at 10:00 a.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.

Notice is hereby given that V-Lynk Mobility LLC, 6196 Millwood Drive, Warrenton VA 20187, has filed an application for a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would authorize: 1. Passenger transportation as a Common Carrier over Irregular Routes, providing service in the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Fredericksburg, Manassas, and Manassas Park, Virginia, and in the counties of Arlington, Culpeper, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Orange, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, and Stafford, Virginia.
2. The transportation of Medicaid recipients throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Carrier as defined in Section 46.2-2000 et seq. of the Code of Virginia.

NOTICE OF WILLINGNESS
Lions Field Road Sidewalk Project
The Prince William County Department of Transportation (PWC DOT), in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), proposes the construction of sidewalk on the southern side (eastbound lane) of Lions Field Road from the intersection with Fuller Heights Road to the intersection with the entrance to Triangle Elementary School. The project also includes: curb and gutter with a new closed storm sewer system connecting to the existing closed storm sewer system on Fuller Heights Road; approximately 900' of roadside ditch; a new crosswalk spanning the entrance to Triangle Elementary School; and improvements to bring both intersections into compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (ADA). The project is state/federally funded, through the specialized state/federal MAP21/TAP and Transportation Enhancement Funds to be constructed via the VDOT Locally Administered Project Process. The sidewalk construction will require the dedication of right-of-way and easements. In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and 23 CFR 771, a Programmatic Categorical Exclusion (PCE) has been prepared under an agreement between VDOT and FHWA for the project. In compliance with the National Historic Preservation Act, Section 106 and 36 CFR Part 800, information concerning the potential effects of the proposed improvements on properties listed in or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places is included the PCE. Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for Unincorporated Areas of Prince William County, Virginia, Case No. 25-03-0573P. The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determinations for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your community. These flood hazard determinations may include the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway. Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Warrenton, Virginia (the "Town") will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 6:30 pm in the Warrenton Town Council Chambers located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia 20186.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to receive public comment on a resolution authorizing the issuance of an estimated maximum principal amount of $22,500,000, of one or more series of general obligation bonds of the Town (the "Bonds"). The proposed uses for which more than 10% of the proceeds of the Bonds is expected to be used is (1) to fund Town water and sewer system improvements and (2) to fund Town capital improvement projects, and related expenses.
A copy of the full text of the resolution is on file in the Town's offices, 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia 20186 and is available for public inspection during normal business hours.
