NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Warrenton will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 6th, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the Warrenton Town Hall Council Chambers (First Floor) located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia, on the following item(s):
BZA #2025-2 – Application for a Variance pursuant to Article 3-4.3.4, lot and yard regulations of the Town of Warrenton Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant is requesting a Variance of the minimum lot size, minimum frontage, and minimum side yard setback requirements so that the existing three-family dwelling can be subdivided into three separate single-family dwellings on individual lots. The property is located at 134 Haiti Street, with the individual units addressed as 130, 132, and 134 Haiti Street, and is zoned to the R-6 Residential District. The existing lot is approximately 6,176 square feet The owner/applicant is Fauquier Habitat for Humanity. GPIN 6984-44-8436-000.
People having an interest in the above are invited to participate in the hearing and state their opinion regarding the above issues. Copies of all applications and full versions of the proposed Variance are available for review in the Department of Community Development located at 21 Main Street, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
