Sudley Road Improvements
Notice of Willingness to Hold a Public Hearing
Find out about proposed plans for pedestrian and streetscape improvements to Sudley Road from Mathis Avenue to Grant Avenue, a total length of approximately 0.70 miles to include a new pedestrian crosswalk located in the general area of Weems Road, Sudley Road, Ewell Street. The project will be constructed in accordance with VDOT and City of Manassas standards through the use of local and state funding.

To consider a rezoning to B-3.5 City Center Planned and HOD, with proffers to allow construction of a new public parking garage and 162-unit apartment building. The property is located on the existing City Hall parking lot and former MIFCO property and is designated as an opportunity site for redevelopment in the Downtown Character Area of the 2045 Comprehensive Plan. This rezoning is part of the larger downtown redevelopment proposal for City Hall and the former Olde Towne Inn and MIFCO properties.
