NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Warrenton will hold a Public Meeting on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the Warrenton Town Hall Council Chambers (First Floor) located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia, on the following item(s):
BZA #2025-3 – Application for an Appeal pursuant Article 11-3.12 of the Town of Warrenton 2006 Zoning Ordinance, of a Zoning Determination made by the Zoning Administrator rendered on October 24, 2025, as to any alleged vested rights obtained under SUP-22-3 and approved SDP-23-6 related to the construction of a data center on property located at 719 Blackwell Road. The zoning district for the parcel is Industrial (I). The applicant and property owner is Amazon Data Services, Inc. GPIN: 6984-69-2419-000.
