The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a work session beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia.
The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following items at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia:
1. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TEXT-26-026396 - A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 5-920 to amend the Additional Standards for Outdoor Sports/Activity Centers. (Cristin M. Wise, Staff)
2. SPECIAL EXCEPTION SPEX-26-026366, CBCAM, LLC (OWNER)/ITG COMMUNICATIONS (APPLICANT) - CBCAM, LLC - An application to amend a previously approved Category 32 Special Exception (SPEX-25-024765) to allow a Contractor's Office, Shop, and Material Storage Yard on Property Historically Utilized Solely for Commercial Uses. The property is located at 7159 and 7185 Burke Lane, Warrenton, Marshall District. (PIN 6982-10-4663-000) (Cristin M. Wise, Staff)

Citizens wishing to appear in person should arrive prior to the start time of the meeting. Comments are limited to three minutes.
