The Prince William County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 2 p.m. in the Board of County Supervisors' Chambers, James J. McCoart Administration Building, 1 County Complex Court, Prince William, Virginia on the following cases:
Appeal Case #APL2025-00019, Madera Farm LLC
To consider an appeal of Zoning Determination #ZNR2025-00117, which states that the activities on the property, which include importing off-site mulch material and wood product, storing and processing those materials, and trucking such processed materials off-site, constitute a processing operation; and that the activities are not permitted on the property and are being done without zoning approval. Property located in the A-1, Agricultural Zoning District; GPIN: 7493-24-4694; 13250 Warrenton Road in the Brentsville Magisterial District.
Appeal Case #APL2025-00020, SiteOne Landscape Supply, LLC
