NOTICE OF WILLINGNESS
Beau Ridge Drive Sidewalk Improvement Project
The Prince William County Department of Transportation (PWC DOT), in cooperation with the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), proposes the Beau Ridge Sidewalk Improvement Project (Project). The Project will include the construction of missing segments of sidewalk along both sides of Beau Ridge Drive between Legere Court and Cardinal Drive. In addition to pedestrian sidewalks, the Project will also include ramps that are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), pavement markings, traffic signs and roadway barriers.
This Project is state funded, through proffer and Transportation Enhancement Funds to be constructed via the VDOT LAP Process. The sidewalk construction will require the dedication of right-of-way and easements.
