The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following items at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 16, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia: 1. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TEXT-26-026396 - A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 5-920 to amend the Additional Standards for Outdoor Sports/Activity Centers. (Cristin M. Wise, Staff) 2. SPECIAL EXCEPTION SPEX-26-026366, CBCAM, LLC (OWNER)/ITG COMMUNICATIONS (APPLICANT) - CBCAM, LLC - An application to amend a previously approved Category 32 Special Exception (SPEX-25-024765) to allow a Contractor's Office, Shop, and Material Storage Yard on Property Historically Utilized Solely for Commercial Uses. NOTICE Board of Equalization of Real Estate Assessments Seeking Members Notice is hereby given that the 20th Judicial Circuit Court of Virginia is seeking applicants to serve a one-year term on the Fauquier County Board of Equalization (BOE) for the general reassessment effective January 1, 2026. The BOE is comprised of five members who are Fauquier County residents and a majority are property owners of Fauquier County. Appointees are selected by a majority vote of the five Circuit Court Judges. At least thirty percent (30%) of the appointees shall be commercial or residential real estate appraisers, other real estate professionals, builders, developers, or legal or financial professionals. To be eligible for appointment, each member shall attend and participate in the basic course of instruction given by the Department of Taxation under Code of Virginia § 58.1-206. Any person desiring to apply for the BOE appointments shall file their résumé with the Fauquier County Attorney's Office, c/o Marianne Primeau, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia 20186 or marianne.primeau@fauquiercounty.gov, no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 27, 2026.
