Elementary Before and After School Program
Manassas City Public Schools (MCPS) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) #23FY26 issued on January 30, 2026, for the establishment of a Contract for the provision of Elementary Before and After School Program. Proposals in response to this RFP shall be solely received electronically, through DemandStar. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a service contract through competitive negotiations for an Elementary Before and After School Program beginning with the Summer 2026 Program and continuing into the 2026-2027 School Year for MCPS in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions identified in the RFP.
