Request for Proposals 08FY27 Group Medical, Prescription Drug, and Dental Program Manassas City Public Schools ("MCPS" or "Owner") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) 08FY27issued on August 27, 2026, for the establishment of a Contract or Contracts for the provision of Group Medical, Prescription Drug, and Dental Program ("Work"). Proposals in response to this RFP shall be solely received electronically , through DemandStar. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from highly qualified firms to establish a contract(s) for group medical, prescription drug benefits and dental benefits for eligible employees and retirees of Manassas City Public Schools (MCPS). The effective date of the new contract will be July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2026, with the option to renew for nine (9) additional years.
