REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 03FY27 School Food & Cafeteria Supplies and Services The School Board of the City of Manassas operating as Manassas City Public Schools ("MCPS" or "Owner") is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) #03FY27 issued on August 20, 2026, for the establishment of a Contract for the provision of School Food & Cafeteria Supplies and Services ("Work"). Proposals in response to this RFP shall be solely received electronically, through DemandStar. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a service contract through competitive negotiations for the order and delivery of food items and cafeteria supplies for use in all Manassas City Public Schools cafeterias, consistent with the terms and conditions herein set forth. Final scope of services may be refined through the competitive negotiation process and incorporated into any resultant contract. Performance will begin with the 2026-2027 School Year.
