Plaintiff brings claims for Breach of Contract, Breach of Implied Covenant of Good Faith and Fair Dealing, Conversion, and Unjust Enrichment, and seeks damages in excess of $15,000.00, attorneys' fees and costs of suit, plus prejudgment and post-judgment interest on the amounts owed.
