BEGINNING at a drill hole in concrete on the northeasterly side of Virginia Route No. 55, said point being S. 43 deg. 40' 20" E., 150 feet from the northeasterly corner of Carolina Road, Route No. 625, thence from said point of beginning, and through the property of E. B. Roland, N. 45̊ 44' 48" E. 220.27 feet to an iron pipe set in the northwesterly corner of the property herein described, thence continuing through the property of E. B. Roland S 44̊ 23' 07" E. 146.59 feet to an iron pipe set in the northeasterly corner of the property herein described, thence with the line of now or formerly the M. S. Melton Estate property, S 45̊ 44' 48" W. 222.10 feet to an iron pipe set in the southeasterly corner of the herein described property, said pipe being in northeasterly side of said Virginia Route No. 55, thence with the said northeasterly side of Route No. 55, N 43̊ 40' 20" W 146.60 feet to the point and place of beginning, and containing 0.7444 acres of land, per plat and survey made by Thomas Roland Koval, C.L.S., dated May 12, 1971 which is attached to that Deed recorded in Deed Book 586 at Page 172 among the land records of the Circuit Court of Prince William County, Virginia.

Melton Estate property, S 45̊ 44' 48" W. 194.06 feet to an iron pipe set in the southeasterly corner of the property herein described, said pipe being in northeasterly side of said Virginia Route No. 55, thence with the said northeasterly side of Route No. 55, N 43̊ 40' 20" W 146.60 feet to the point and place of beginning, and containing 28,499.20 square feet of land; AND BEING the same land conveyed unto the grantors herein by deed dated June, 1971 from Edmund B. Roland and Irma C. Poland, which deed is duly recorded among the land records of Prince William County, Virginia, to which reference is hereby made for further particulars and derivation of title.
ORDER OF PUBLICATION
THE OBJECT OF THIS CAUSE is a suit to reform a deed to correct the description of the property conveyed and quite title to a parcel of land located in the Town of Haymarket, Prince William County, Virgina and identified as Tax Map #7297-99-2992 county having been conveyed to Barbara Jean Lane by Clarence W. Lane and Barbara Jean Lany, husband and wife. The Complaint states that there may be persons whose names and whereabouts are unknown, interested in the subject property. It is therefore,
ORDERED that the Order be published in the ____________, once a week for four consecutive weeks, and that the parties appear on or before, ______________________, 2025 to the Clerk's office of this Court, and do what is necessary to protect their respective interests herein.
