MEETING AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Fauquier County Board of Supervisors will hold a work session at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025, in the Warrenton Town Hall at 21 Main Street in Warrenton, Virginia, and will hold a regular meeting and public hearings at 6:30 p.m. in the same location on the following:
A RESOLUTION TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO DOMINION ENERGY FOR UNDERGROUND POWER LINES ACROSS COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY ON CLIFTON STREET, MARSHALL – A public hearing to consider granting a right of way to Dominion Energy for underground electric service across 2.4176 acres, PIN# 6969-59-3597-000, Parcel H, Clifton Street, Marshall (Melisa Michelsen, Staff)
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN ENERGY STORAGE FACILITY SITING AGREEMENT WITH VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY (DBA DOMINION) AND TO APPROVE SPECIAL EXCEPTION SPEX-25-024369, VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY (OWNER/APPLICANT) - REMINGTON BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE SYSTEM - An application for a Category 20 Special Exception to install a Tier 2 Battery Energy Storage System and to amend a previously approved Category 20 Special Exception for an Electrical Generating Plant (SE98-L-12).
