Grant Avenue Streetscape – Phase 2
Notice of Willingness to Hold Public Hearing
Find out about the proposed plans for pedestrian, bike lane, and streetscape improvements to Grant Avenue from Prince William Street to Lee Avenue, a total length of approximately 0.20 miles. The project will be constructed in accordance with VDOT and City of Manassas standards through the use of local and state funding.

Please call ahead to John Keenan, (703) 257-8447, to ensure the availability of appropriate personnel to answer your questions. If your concerns cannot be satisfied, the City of Manassas is willing to hold a design public hearing. You may request that a public hearing be held by sending a written request to Mr. John Keenan, City of Manassas, 9027 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110 or jkeenan@manassasva.gov on or prior to March 16, 2026. If a request for a public hearing is received, notice of date, time and place of the hearing will be posted.
