Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Manassas, Virginia, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Virginia Code §15.2-1800 (B) on Monday, February 9, 2026 at the regular City Council meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 9027 Center Street, on the conveyance of City-owned real property to Ponenya, LLC. The property that is the subject of the conveyance to Ponenya, LLC is a parcel of approximately .09 acres of unimproved land located in the City of Manassas, Virginia identified as tax map #101-02-2-28. Proposed Flood Hazard Determinations for the City of Manassas (Independent City), Virginia, Case No. 25-03-0513P. The Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) solicits technical information or comments on proposed flood hazard determinations for the Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), and where applicable, the Flood Insurance Study (FIS) report for your community. These flood hazard determinations may include the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations, base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway.
