1) A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 ADOPTED BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF CONVERSATION AND RECREATION COMMUNITY FLOOD PREPAREDNESS FUND REIMBURSABLE GRANT FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $539,830.81 TO FUND PHASE TWO OF THE MASTER DRAINAGE PLAN.
This funding supports a previously appropriated project under the Town's Stormwater Management program and will reimburse the Town for up to half of the costs for the implementation of the master drainage plan to mitigate flooding concerns.
People having an interest in the above are invited to participate in the meeting and state their opinion regarding the above issues. The public may also choose to submit written comments through the Town's website or by emailing citizencomment@warrentonva.gov during the public comment period, which will end at noon the day of the Public Meeting, February 10th, 2026.
