NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT:
Creditors who wish to share in any distribution of funds from the Receivership Estate of Tagare Corp. must file a proof of claim with the Receiver using the email address or mailing address below and do so before December 5, 2025:

Be signed by the creditor under penalty of perjury; and
Include a copy of any record(s) on which the creditor's claim is based.

The cattle are Shorthorns, one white and roan male with a green ear tag with number 233, and one female that is red with white markings. The State Veterinarian and the County Attorney's Office were contacted. The cattle were seized and impounded pursuant to Code of Virginia § 3.2-6569.
