NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Town of Warrenton will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5th, at 5:00 PM in the Warrenton Town Hall Council Chambers (First Floor) located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia, on the following item(s):
BZA #2026-1 – Application for a Variance pursuant to Article 3-4.3.4, lot and yard regulations of the Town of Warrenton Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant, Fauquier Habitat for Humanity, is requesting a Variance of the minimum lot size, minimum frontage, and minimum front, side, and rear yard setback requirements so that the existing two-family dwelling can be subdivided into two separate single-family dwellings on individual lots. The property is located at 135 and 143 Haiti Street, and is zoned to the R-6 Residential District. The property totals 7,614 square feet in total area, across what is shown as two parcels on GIS data (PIN's 6984-44-9545-000 and 6984-44-9538-000). (Ward 2)
People having an interest in the above are invited to attend the hearing and state their opinion regarding the issue. The public may also choose to submit written comments by emailing BZA@warrentonva.gov during the public comment period, which will end at noon the day of the public hearing. All documents and information related to this item are available for viewing on the Town website approximately one week prior to the meeting date. The meeting will be both live streamed and recorded for later viewing.
