The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a work session beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia.
The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following items at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia:
1. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TEXT-25-026250 – A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Section 13-300 Appeals and Section 13-600 Violations, Infractions and Penalties to ensure the Zoning Ordinance is in accordance with the Code of Virginia. (Cristin M. Wise, Staff)

Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Manassas, Virginia, will hold a public hearing pursuant to Virginia Code §15.2-1800 (B) on Monday, February 9, 2026 at the regular City Council meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 9027 Center Street, on the conveyance of City-owned real property to Ponenya, LLC. The property that is the subject of the conveyance to Ponenya, LLC is a parcel of approximately .09 acres of unimproved land located in the City of Manassas, Virginia identified as tax map #101-02-2-28.
