TOWN OF WARRENTON NOTICE OF TOWN COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Warrenton will hold a special meeting on Thursday, April 30th, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM in the Warrenton Town Hall Council Chambers (First Floor) located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia. This Special Meeting was requested by The Berkley Group as part of the Town Manager search process. The Council will enter into closed session pursuant to Virginia Code § 2.2-3711.A(1) for the purpose of discussing and considering prospective candidates for employment and to hear presentations from the Berkley Group regarding specific applications and applicants for the Town Manager position. Please feel free to contact the Town Clerk should you have any questions/concerns at 540-347-1101. The Town of Warrenton desires to make its programs, services, facilities, and activities accessible to persons with disabilities. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED TAX-EXEMPT BOND FINANCING OF THE VIRGINIA SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority (VSBFA) will hold a public hearing, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), regarding the application of Avports Manassas, LLC (with any successor owner entity described below, the "Applicant"), for VSBFA to issue, pursuant to the Virginia Small Business Financing Act (the "Act"), certain airport facility bonds, as defined in Section 142(a)(1) if the Code, in one or more series from time to time, pursuant to a plan of financing (the "Bonds") in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200,000,000.
