Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Warrenton will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting Work Session on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at 9:00 AM in the Warrenton Town Hall Council Chambers (First Floor) located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia.
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Warrenton will hold their Regular Monthly Meeting on Tuesday, May 12th, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Warrenton Town Hall Council Chambers (First Floor) located at 21 Main Street, Warrenton, Virginia. The Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on the following items:
Ordinance 2026-05: An Ordinance to amend Town Code § 14-1(c). The proposed amendments modernize the Town's sidewalk café regulations by updating liability insurance requirements, codifying mandatory ADA pedestrian clear zones, and establishing formal operational standards for furniture maintenance, seasonal storage, and daily hours of operation within the Central Business District.
People having an interest in the above are invited to participate in the hearing and state their opinion regarding the above issues. The public may also choose to submit written comments through the Town's website or by emailing citizencomment@warrentonva.gov during the public comment period, which will end at noon the day of the Public Meeting, May 12th, 2026. A copy of the full text of the ordinances and agenda materials is available in the office of the Town Manager of the Town of Warrenton located at Town Hall 21 Main Street, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

PROPOSED TAX-EXEMPT BOND FINANCING OF
THE VIRGINIA SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority (VSBFA) will hold a public hearing, as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), regarding the application of Avports Manassas, LLC (with any successor owner entity described below, the "Applicant"), for VSBFA to issue, pursuant to the Virginia Small Business Financing Act (the "Act"), certain airport facility bonds, as defined in Section 142(a)(1) if the Code, in one or more series from time to time, pursuant to a plan of financing (the "Bonds") in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200,000,000. The Applicant has requested VSBFA to issue the Bonds to assist the Applicant in financing or refinancing the costs of the acquisition of or capital improvements to the Project, consisting of an airport terminal development and expansion, associated parking facilities and all related improvements and equipment located at the Manassas Regional Airport, at 10600 Harry J. Parrish, Manassas, Virginia 20110 (the "Project").

Resolution Authorizing Acquisition of Property Necessary
for Public Purposes by Condemnation or Other Means
March 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The Fauquier County Water and Sanitation Authority, ("FCWSA") will hold a public hearing pursuant to Section 15.2-1903(B) of the Virginia Code on March 31, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., to receive and consider public comments on the proposed acquisition, by condemnation or other means, of a certain permanent utility easement on a portion of certain real estate identified as GPIN 6889-75-8757-000, containing 12.5549 acres, Fauquier County, Virginia. FCWSA seeks to acquire an easement on a portion of the Property for public use in order to install, construction, operate, maintain, repair, and replace one or more present for future water mains, including fire hydrants, valves, vaults, meters, building service connections, and other appurtenant facilities necessary in connection therewith for the purpose of the transmission and distribution of water in the Bealeton Service District of Fauquier County, Virginia.
Following the public hearing, FCWSA's Board may vote on or after March 31, 2026, to adopt a Resolution approving the proposed public use and authorization and directing the acquisition of such easement on a portion of the Property for the public use by condemnation or other means.
A proposed Resolution and other related information will be made available for public review prior to the public hearing on FCWSA's website at www.fcwsa.org, at the office of FCWSA located at 7172 Kennedy Road, Vint Hill Farms, Warrenton, Virginia 20187, and in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Fauquier County, Virginia located at 29 Ashby Street, Warrenton, Virginia 20186.
