Circulation Manager
Piedmont Media is seeking a full-time Circulation Manager to oversee home delivery and distribution for our newspapers. This role manages and trains carriers, ensures accurate and timely delivery, monitors routes and metrics for improvement, and works with internal staff and the publisher to grow and strategically align circulation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in circulation, logistics, or operations, proven team leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic inventory/route management tools.
Hybrid schedule available (mix of in-office and work-from-home). Salary range: $55,000–$75,000 depending on experience, plus medical and dental insurance, paid time off (including 11 holidays), and 401(k) with 3% company match.
