The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a work session beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia.
The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following items at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia:
1. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TEXT-25-024014 – A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Articles 4, 11, 14 and 15 Related to Boards, Commissions and Committees. (Holly L. Meade, Staff)
2. REZONING AMENDMENT REZN-26-026679, MINTBROOK DEVELOPERS, LLC (OWNER/APPLICANT) – MINTBROOK - MU-B – An application to amend portions of a previously approved Proffer Statement, Code of Development and Concept Development Plan associated with REZN-21-016224 and REZN-20-014259. The property is located at 10647 Hall Street, Bealeton, Lee District. (Portion of PIN 6889-99-3005-000) (Adam L. Shellenberger, Staff)

Approximately one week prior to the public hearing, staff reports for all items will be available online at: https://www.fauquiercounty.gov/government/agendas. Members of the public who would like to provide comments at a regular public meeting of the Planning Commission are encouraged to send advance written comments to Fauquier County Department of Community Development, 16 Courthouse Square, Suite 100, Warrenton, Virginia 20186 or email to meredith.meixner@fauquiercounty.gov. Citizens wishing to appear in person should arrive prior to the start time of the meeting. Comments are limited to three minutes.
