The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a work session beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia.
The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following items at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia:
1. ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT TEXT-25-024014 – A Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Articles 4, 11, 14 and 15 Related to Boards, Commissions and Committees. (Holly L. Meade, Staff)

At the Manassas City Council meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2026 the City Council will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Virginia Code Sec. 15.2-1800, at the City Hall Council Chambers, 9027 Center Street, 1st Floor to consider awarding a forty (40) year non-exclusive franchise to ITG Communications LLC d/b/a BTR Fiber LLC for the installation, operation and maintenance of underground telecommunication conduits in public rights-of-way within the City of Manassas.
Interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comment on the proposed franchise. The full text of the proposed franchise ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the Department of Community Development, located on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 9027 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110.
