The object of the suit is to: The object of the above-named suit is to conduct a hearing regarding the petition for permanency planning to approve a goal of adoption and to adjudicate the petitions for involuntary termination of parental rights concerning the minor child, Aniela Lee Ramos-Domingo (d/o/b 05/22/2013). And, it appearing by Affidavit filed according to law that be found and that diligence has been used without effect to ascertain the location of the party to be served, and it is therefore ORDERED that the said Benjamin Ramos-Domingo appear in Court on May 12, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the Fauquier County Juvenile and Domestic Relations Disctrict Court to do what is necessary to protect his interests. This actions seeks to terminate the residual parental rights for the parent of the above-named child. "Residual parental rights and responsibilities" mean all rights and responsibilities remaining with the parent after the transfer of legal custody or guardianship of the person, including but not limited to the right of visitation, consent to adoption, the right to determine religious affiliation and the responsibility for support.
