The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a work session beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia.
The Fauquier County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on the following items at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the Warren Green Building, First Floor Meeting Room, 10 Hotel Street, Warrenton, Virginia:
1. DESIGN STANDARDS MANUAL TEXT AMENDMENT TEXT-25-026129 – A Design Standards Manual Text Amendment to Chapter 2: Drainage related to Stormwater Management (Kaitlyn T. Worley, Staff)
2. SPECIAL EXCEPTION SPEX-26-026091, FAUQUIER COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS (OWNER)/TOWN OF WARRENTON AND FAUQUIER COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES (APPLICANTS) - TOWN OF WARRENTON DPW SALT SHED - An application for a Category 11 Special Exception to allow a salt shed as a Governmental Facility. The property is located at 8499 Bingham Road, Warrenton, Cedar Run District. (PIN 6983-81-0145-000) (Kara J. Marshall, Staff)
